Kerf expands range of fibre laser cutting machines

Since its UK premiere at the MACH 2024 exhibition in Birmingham, the new Lincoln Electric Linc-Cut Fiber series available in the UK and Ireland from Kerf Developments has been expanded further with the introduction of new table dimensions.

Offering linear guides for high cutting quality, dynamic kinematics, helical drives, rigidity and precision, Kerf says that the Linc-Cut Fiber range is a popular choice for UK manufacturers. Introduced to the UK in 2024, Kerf presented the Lin-Cut Fiber 1530A, a 3 x 1.5 m bed machine that the 2040A model complemented, as a larger 2 x 4 m variant.

It has been expanded at both ends of the size spectrum, with a smaller 1020 drawer model with 1 x 2 m added for compact work areas, while a 2 x 6 m 2060A model has also been introduced for manufacturers processing larger sheets or multiple parts in a single set-up.
