Castle Precision Lands £85m Contract with Rolls-Royce for Critical Aero Engine Parts
Rolls-Royce announced at Farnborough International Airshow that it has awarded Glasgow firm, Castle Precision Engineering a contract worth more than £85m for the manufacture and supply of precision machined critical rotating aero engine parts to Rolls-Royce.
The new agreement, which was endorsed by the UK Government’s Scottish Secretary and runs through to the second half of the decade, continues a 40-year relationship with the firm as a supplier to its Civil Aerospace, Defence and Business Aviation programmes.
