The manufacture of plastic injection mouldings has been MGS Technical Plastics’ business for the past 50 years, supplying to a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, electronics, oil and gas, defence and vehicle accessories.

Visitors to the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2024 show will learn about the company’s full turnkey solutions covering tool making, design, project management, injection moulding, assembly and distribution. An extensive variety of materials is processed, such as PEEK and sustainable polymers, as well as most commodity materials.

With ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 accreditations, MGS is quality conscious and systems focused to ensure delivery of superior products. Pad printing, ultrasonic welding and assembly are completed in-house, while a network of partner companies carries out painting and chrome plating. The team will be on hand to discuss project requirements and show samples from current projects, both moulded and assembled, completed at its 24/7 operation in Blackburn.
