All new the products from Colchester

Colchester Machine Tool Solutions will be showing an all-new product range at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2024. Leading the new line-up is the Storm vertical machining centre range, offering variants with linear guideways or box ways plus a compact toolroom machine, all capable of heavy-duty, precise machining.

2023 marked the 30th anniversary and return of Tornado CNC turning centres, which have been uprated with new, modern configurations to provide exceptional rigidity and accuracy, suitable for any machining project. The Colchester Student centre lathe is known throughout the industry as the ultimate training and apprentice’s machine tool. Recently, Colchester launched the Student CNC lathe, a modernised variant designed in the UK and fitted with the latest Fanuc controls, giving the user flexibility in programming, including ISO, conversational Manual Guide i, or via CAD/CAM.

Rounding up the new range will be a revamped CNC turret mill, which provides reliability, accuracy and versatility for small to medium size production runs.
