XYZ launches its new 400 UMC

The new XYZ 400 UMC from XYZ Machine Tools is a five-axis bridge-type machine designed to meet growing demand for a model with a smaller footprint and slightly reduced capacity compared with the UMC5X, while maintaining the same high level of build quality.

Designed and engineered to cut set-up costs in multi-face machining, whether in 4+1 applications or fully simultaneous five-axis operations, prices for the XYZ 400 UMC start at £110,000.

The launch took place at XYZ’s Burlescombe headquarters recently as part of the company’s autumn seminar programme. There is still time to book a place at the final seminar of the year which will take place at XYZ Machine Tools, Nuneaton, on 2 December 2025.
