WFL set to turn heads at MACH

WFL Millturn Technologies is set to present its expertise at MACH 2026 (NEC Birmingham, 20-24 April), where visitors can discover the machine tool manufacturers latest innovations at Hall 20, Stand 439.

The highlight of this year’s exhibition is the M80 MILLTURN, a versatile solution for complete machining. The machine’s modular design enables a wide range of configurations, allowing customers to tailor the machine to specific production needs.

Short distances between tool, workpiece and machine bed, combined with generous guide clearance, ensure high rigidity and excellent machining accuracy, reports WFL. The M80 is available with different centre distances and optional counter spindle, except on the 1000 mm model. An additional tool turret can also be integrated to boost productivity.

The M80X variant supports machining lengths from 1000 to 8000 mm and turning diameters up to 1000 mm, making it suitable for demanding applications. A reliable, maintenance-free tool magazine offers up to 108 stations, with options for expanded capacity and oversized tools.
