Vision Engineering will bring full 2026 launch line-up to Advanced Engineering for the first time

Vision Engineering will show its full 2026 range of inspection and measurement systems on Stand Q164 at Advanced Engineering 2026. This is the first time the new EVO Cam AURA and PicoZoom digital inspection systems, and the EDGE Series benchtop zoom metrology systems, will be seen at the show.

Aerospace, automotive, medical device, electronics and precision engineering manufacturers are all under pressure to prove quality without slowing production. The Vision Engineering stand is aimed at the engineers and quality managers who deal with that every day. Visitors are invited to bring their own parts and samples, and Vision Engineering’s applications team will inspect or measure them live on the stand.

The full line-up on Stand Q164:

• EVO Cam AURA (photo, above): This is the next generation of Vision Engineering’s digital microscope range. It combines 4K imaging with optical zoom, auto focus and focus stacking, so detail such as hairline cracks, burrs and contamination stays sharp even on uneven or complex parts. The AURA software brings zoom, lighting, capture, calibrated measurement and golden-sample comparison into one interface. Customisable go/no-go overlays and a supervisor mode that locks down settings help keep inspection consistent between operators and shifts.
• PicoZoom: A compact, cost-effective autofocus digital inspection system. It brings fast, repeatable inspection to production lines and goods-in areas.
• EDGE APEX and EDGE VISTA: These two models from the new EDGE Series of benchtop zoom video metrology systems (photo, below) are built to move measurement out of the lab and on to the shop floor. APEX, the flagship, is a three-axis CNC system with motorised 6.5:1 zoom for high-throughput batch inspection. VISTA is suited to flat and turned parts. Both have a 200 × 100 mm measurement envelope, and image stitching lets them measure features larger than the field of view. Both fit where space on the production floor is tight.
• Mantis PIXO, Lynx EVO, ProteQ VISO and LVC 400: These complete a range that runs from ergonomic optical inspection through to non-contact measurement.
