Vericut to highlight advanced manufacturing intelligence at MACH exhibition

Vericut is returning to MACH this year to demonstrate the latest advancements in CNC simulation, verification and optimisation. Visitors to stand 20-219 will discover how Vericut helps manufacturers improve machining efficiency, reduce scrap and increase confidence in complex CNC programs. The latest release offers enhanced performance, improved usability and expanded functionality to support advanced machining across aerospace, automotive, energy and general engineering sectors.
Key highlights include Vericut Optimizer and Vericut Force, proven solutions that enhance NC programs by reducing cycle times and stabilising cutting conditions. Vericut Optimizer operates as a stand-alone tool working directly from NC code, while Vericut Force integrates with Vericut Verification to enable force-based feed rate optimisation within a verified digital twin environment.
The company will also present new AI-driven capabilities, including Vericut Intelligence, a centralised knowledge platform, and Vericut Assistant, which guides users through practical applications.
In addition, Vericut will showcase its ICAM integration, enabling seamless post-processing and verification before production. Attendees can also preview Vericut 9.7, featuring greater automation, improved performance and support for next-generation machining technologies.
