Strategic alliance to expand deep-hole machining solutions

Sunnen Products and TIBO Tiefbohrtechnik have formed a strategic alliance to expand global deep-hole machining solutions. The partnership combines Sunnen’s expertise in honing and bore finishing with TIBO’s deep-hole drilling technologies, including BTA drilling, gundrilling and rifling systems.

Together, the companies will collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives to provide comprehensive machining solutions for industries such as aerospace, hydraulics, renewable energy, medical technology and defence.

The alliance strengthens the global reach of both companies across Europe, North America and the Middle East, while enabling customers to access integrated deep-hole drilling, rifling, honing, reaming, skiving, burnishing and bottle-boring solutions from a single source.
