Renishaw appoints new board positions

Global engineering technologies company, Renishaw, has implemented changes to its board of directors, with the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer, Chair and Senior Independent Director. Of particular note, John Shipsey (pictured) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.

John joins with significant board and executive leadership experience, having undertaken the role of CFO in various companies, including Dyson, Smiths Group and Featurespace. He also held finance and strategy roles at Diageo earlier in his career and served as a Non-Executive Director of Dechra Pharmaceuticals.
