Renishaw AM systems integrated into Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE

Renishaw’s RenAM 500 series metal additive manufacturing (AM) systems and TEMPUS™ technology are now available within Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Through the DELMIA Powder Bed Machine Programmer Role, users can virtually set up, program and analyse AM processes using accurate digital replicas of Renishaw machines.

The integration includes TEMPUS, which allows lasers to operate during recoating, reducing layer times by up to nine seconds and cutting overall build times by as much as 50%. The collaboration streamlines AM workflows, enabling improved productivity, part traceability and build validation for industrial-scale metal 3D printing.
