Pall Aerospace earns Gold ‘Excellent Employer’ status

Redruth-based Pall Aerospace has become the first and only employer in Cornwall to achieve Gold ‘Excellent Employer’ status under the Next Gen Makers Engineering Apprenticeships: Employer Accreditation.

Pall Aerospace has trained 102 engineering apprentices at Redruth since 1985, with around 20 currently on site. More than half of its management team followed an apprenticeship route.

Apprenticeship Manager Daniel Strong remarks that the accreditation reflects the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and developing transferable engineering skills for apprentices throughout their future careers.
