Optimax expands technical sales team

Optimax has appointed Sean Sheridan as Technical Sales Manager for the East of England. Sean will be delivering cutting-edge technical solutions for inspection, imaging and measurement applications. He is an aeronautical engineering graduate from Loughborough with a strong technical foundation and commercial mindset.

Sean will use his engineering background to help clients solve real problems with practical, effective solutions. Previously working as a lecturer in mechanical engineering, he has experience of turning complex ideas into clear, usable insights.

Outside of work, Sean competes in Strongman, a competitive strength sport that tests athletes’ physical strength and endurance through a variety of heavy lifts and events. He also won Britain’s Natural Strongest Man 2024 (<105 kg) and brings the same focus and discipline to his professional life.
