New Managing Director at MAPAL Brazil

The new Managing Director at MAPAL Brazil has been named as Denilson Misiti, who took over responsibility for the Brazilian subsidiary of the Aalen, Germany-based precision tool manufacturer on 9 April 2025. He succeeds Conrado Couto Diniz, who had continued to manage MAPAL Brazil in tandem with MAPAL Italia after his move to Europe at the beginning of 2025.

Denilson Misiti has over 30 years of experience in the precision tool industry and in managing international companies in Brazil. Most recently, he was General Manager of MAPAL HiTECO TMS do Brazil, where he focused on tool management services. He is characterized by his hands-on management style, his focus on the strategy-oriented achievement of sales and financial goals, and his ability to promote employees and teams.

Conrado Diniz will fully support Denilson Misiti in the first months to ensure a smooth and orderly transition. Denilson Misiti will continue in his position as Managing Director of MAPAL HiTECO TMS do Brazil until a successor is found for this position.
