Nenplas invests in Excetek die-sink EDM machine

Nenplas Ltd in Ashbourne has completed the installation of a new Excetek ED400C EDM die-sinker machine, supplied by Warwick Machine Tools. The investment follows a successful demonstration at the company’s Droitwich showroom less than a month ago. Comprehensive training is now underway, with the Nenplas team already preparing to use the machine in the production of precision extrusion tooling.

This advanced EDM technology is expected to boost manufacturing efficiency and accuracy. Warwick Machine Tools supported the installation and commissioning, with the project completed swiftly and successfully in close partnership.
