Mitsubishi Materials launches high-rigidity PSC tool-holder series

Mitsubishi Materials has introduced a new PSC holder series to improve productivity, precision and reliability on multi-tasking machines and CNC lathes. Built around the Polygon Shank Coupling (PSC) interface, the holders provide high rigidity and repeat positioning accuracy of ±2 μm or better, helping reduce vibration and tool-change times.

The range accommodates ISO-standard inserts and includes more than 100 modular GY grooving blade configurations.

Selected holders feature precision coolant delivery at pressures up to 4 MPa. Available in PSC30, PSC40, PSC50 and PSC63 sizes, the series offers a flexible solution for demanding machining applications.
