MACH 2026: Something for every machine shop from XYZ Machine Tools

Covering 240 square metres, the XYZ Machine Tools stand (20-160) at MACH 2026 (NEC Birmingham, 20-24 April) will offer something for every workshop. Like a classic rock gig, expect new releases, trusted favourites and a few surprises.

Taking centre stage is the new XYZ 400 UMC, designed to bring five-axis capability within reach of more machine shops. It features a 400 mm tilt/rotary table with a Japanese gear cam mechanism, a 25.7 kW chilled spindle, and generous X, Y and Z travels. It can be easily upgraded from 4+1 to full 5-axis simultaneous machining thanks to the Siemens Sinumerik One control with ShopMill software, offering excellent flexibility and automation potential.

Also on display are Siemens 828D-controlled machines, including the XYZ 65 LTY-S, enabling complete part production with sub-spindle efficiency, and the compact CT52LR turning centre.

Visitors can explore vertical machining centres such as the 500 LR and 800 HD, alongside ProtoTRAK-controlled mills and lathes. With new RX touchscreen controls and a wide range of solutions, the stand highlights productivity, flexibility and ease of use across modern manufacturing.
