After a refreshing meeting with Richard Kingsbury, Managing Director, FINALLY were invited to help the company grow by increasing brand awareness in key sectors of the industry. The priority for us as an agency was to ensure the brand was elevated to reflect the market leaders they are, and create new opportunities for the sales team.

The initial step was to modernise the brand and create clear communication channels both internally and externally. Once we had decided on the new name and branding, we onboarded the Kingsbury team with HubSpot – the CRM platform that ties together sales, marketing and service teams. The platform allows you to control and track all of your marketing efforts, and trace a deal from the moment someone clicks a link on your website to when the deal is signed. “From a managerial perspective, [HubSpot] is extremely powerful. It has helped us understand our pipeline processes, and how we engage with our customers’’.

The website is an active member of any sales team. The new Kingsbury website had to work harder than its predecessor to increase conversions; it needed to inform, rank and generate leads. With the decades of expertise Kingsbury offers, we were able to create content that communicated their unmatched industry knowledge. It was this inbound methodology that was the driver of the brand’s impressive growth.

Since the website and brand project, FINALLY has worked with Kingsbury continuously on new campaigns and content, becoming the entire external marketing resource for the brand. Our most recent campaign was to drive awareness for the Index Multi-Spindle machines. The aim was not only to promote the machines’ capabilities but also to inspire a shift in the subcontractor market and the thoughts of subcontractors themselves. We wanted to get them thinking strategically.

The campaign plan was bold, calling out current behaviours, addressing known objections head-on and providing clear data comparisons for transparency. The core message – ‘Multi-Spindle your business because if you don’t, someone else will’ – is a sentiment that rings true in this industry of fast-adapting technologies and growing competition.
