The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard defines how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Accessibility involves a wide range of disabilities that range from visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities. This stringent level of criteria for improving inclusivity is generally reserved for public sector services.
