Enginuity and CBM forge partnership to boost manufacturing skills

Enginuity has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Confederation of British Metalforming (CBM) to strengthen skills development across the UK’s manufacturing SME sector.

The partnership will combine Enginuity’s expertise in workforce development with CBM’s network of more than 200 metalforming businesses. Together, they will improve employer engagement, shape training provision and influence skills policy to better meet industry needs.

Both organisations say the collaboration will help manufacturers attract, develop and retain skilled workers while ensuring apprenticeship standards and training remain relevant as the sector adapts to technological change and increasing global competition.
