EMCO has unveiled the UNIVERSALTURN 50, a next-generation universal turning machine designed for complete machining of both bar and chuck workpieces.
Compact yet highly powerful, EMCO says the machine delivers both precision and rigidity thanks to dynamic drive systems and an integrated Y axis for expanded milling capability. With a 51 mm bar capacity and flexible automation options, the machine supports fast, reliable production across sectors including automotive, medical and defence.
A counter spindle option enables full rear-side machining, boosting productivity and shortening lead times. Available now with Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control, EMCO says the UNIVERSALTURN 50 marks a major step forward in efficient, versatile part manufacturing.
