DK Holdings achieves carbon neutrality for 2024/25 reporting year

DK Holdings, a UK-based manufacturer of specialist diamond tooling, has achieved carbon neutrality for the previous reporting year (April 2024 to March 2025), offsetting 260 tCO₂e through its ongoing environmental strategy and partnership with Carbon Neutral Britain.
The milestone forms part of the company’s broader sustainability agenda, which includes investment in on-site solar generation (over 750 panels across two buildings), improved heating systems, waste and recycling initiatives, and responsible sourcing policies.
The company also earned Platinum Membership with The Green Organisation and a Silver EcoVadis rating in recognition of its sustainability efforts during the 2024/25 financial year.
Finance Director Darren Mills says: “This is not just about offsetting emissions, it’s about embedding sustainability into every layer of our operations. From solar power to supply chain scrutiny, we ensure that DK Holdings remains accountable, forward-thinking, and committed to protecting the environment for future generations.”
DK Holdings began working with Carbon Neutral Britain in 2024, selecting certified offset projects that align with international standards. These efforts support global reforestation, renewable energy, and biodiversity protection projects, complementing internal emissions reductions.
The company will continue to invest in long-term strategies to reduce its environmental impact while exploring further carbon reductions across Scope 3 emissions and production efficiencies.
