DaceCrown expands Birmingham manufacturing hub with Haas four-axis Mini Mill

The Haas Mini Mill’s compact design and fourth-axis functionality enable multi-face machining in a single set up, subsequently streamlining operations, improving repeatability and supporting tighter tolerances for complex components. This upgrade empowers DaceCrown to deliver faster prototyping, small-batch runs and technical validation across bottling, medical and industrial applications.

Notably, the new capability complements DaceCrown’s recent expansion into premium gin bottling and its ongoing workshop upgrades, including enhanced machine guarding and crevice sealing protocols.
