Bentley Motors welcomes latest early careers cohort and reveals new vacancies for 2026

Bentley Motors has welcomed its 2025 early careers cohort of apprentices, industrial placements and graduates, while at the same time opening 65 vacancies for the 2026 generation of future automotive industry leaders. These positions reaffirm Bentley’s commitment to future talent and the role they play in maintaining Bentley’s position as a leading British luxury car marque.
The 2025 early careers cohort have joined the company at an evolutionary time as Bentley progresses its ambitious Beyond100+ strategy that aims for full electrification of the company’s model line. Also part of Beyond100 is the completion of Bentley’s iconic ‘Dream Factory’ in Crewe.
Bentley’s long-standing drive for future talent, Dr Karen Lange, Board Member for People and Culture at Bentley Motors, says: “The early careers programme is key to moulding the future of our company and it’s vital that we recruit the necessary skills that will push the business forward in such a transformative industry. These opportunities are a sign of our continued commitment to emerging talent. We aim to recruit ambitious, diverse people who can drive innovation and offer the passion and future skills that will continue bringing our Beyond100+ strategy to life and redefine luxury in the automotive industry.”
Of the 65 positions available, 41 one-year industrial placement roles are open now, with 24 three-year or four-year apprenticeship roles available from February 2026. In a further sign of Bentley’s commitment to talent development, 10 industrial placements from the 2024/2025 cohort will be returning as graduates next year. The roles available cover all functions of the business from design to development and manufacturing to marketing. Interestingly, more than half of the apprentice opportunities focus on rapidly developing areas such as digital software and artificial intelligence.
This new wave of talent will also build upon the achievements of the current cohort to prepare for the future of electrification, with successful individuals playing a key role in the final stages and release of Bentley’s first-ever battery electric vehicle.
Reflecting on his time at Bentley, 2024’s ‘Industrial Placement of the Year’, Will Meredith (part of Corporate Strategy and Transformation), says: “The placement pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way. Professionally, I gained practical experience in strategic analysis, stakeholder engagement and presenting to senior audiences – all skills that go far beyond what you learn at university. On a personal level, I developed greater confidence, especially in leading conversations and navigating complex challenges.”
