ANCA names its Female Machinist of the Year

Nayeli Martínez of OSG GmbH has been awarded Female Machinist of the Year 2025 at ANCA’s Tool of the Year  Awards.

Recognised for her technical expertise, leadership and advocacy for inclusivity, Nayeli has earned customer trust by improving process times, precision and tooling efficiency. A biotechnology engineer working in a male-dominated field, she hopes her achievement encourages more women to pursue engineering careers.

“This recognition celebrates women in manufacturing,” she said, adding that it marked “a new beginning” as she continues contributing to innovation in cutting tool technology.
