ANCA appoints chairman to drive strategic growth

ANCA Group has appointed Gavin Smith as Chairman. Gavin brings extensive global experience in engineering and manufacturing, including a senior leadership role at Bosch, where he served as President of Bosch Oceania. He also has significant board experience across industrial organisations.

According to ANCA Co-Director Pat Boland, the appointment comes at a pivotal time as the company advances its growth strategy. Gavin will focus on operational excellence, strategic execution and innovation.

He succeeds Graeme Billings, who is stepping down after making a valuable contribution to the company.
