ADS Laser Cutting targets £20m growth

Leicester-based metalwork firm ADS Laser Cutting has reported a strong year of growth and investment as it targets £20 million turnover by the end of the decade.

In 2025, the company invested more than £400,000 in IT upgrades, new machinery and a specialist manufacturing ERP (enterprise resource planning) software system to boost capacity, efficiency and customer experience. The business also secured orders from 120 new clients, driving new business growth of over 7%. Joint Managing Director Duncan Keates says continued investment in “people, equipment and systems” will underpin further expansion in 2026 and beyond.
