Aberlink set to measure up at MACH 2026

Aberlink is inviting visitors to bring parts for a live demonstration on stand 19-738 at MACH 2026 (Birmingham NEC, 20-24 April). The Axiom CMM will be on show fitted with the fully automatic indexing RTP20 touch probe and Aberlink’s latest version of its CCD Camera system and CNC collimated lightbox, demonstrating that users can switch between contact and non-contact measurement in seconds.
Aberlink will also show the latest version of its MK4 software (version 4.24), which will be officially available for customers to download free of charge from the website on 1 May.
Elsewhere on the stand, Aberlink will exhibit the Halo CNC CMM, a belt-drive version of the state-of-the-art Horizon CNC CMM and the Fulcrum manual CMM, which has moved on significantly since its launch at MACH 2022. Now named Measur3D, it can be used with styli as small as 1 mm diameter, enabling the measurement of complex parts with small features in a single set up. The new automatic ‘touchpoint’ and ‘scanning’ data capture modes, used in conjunction with Aberlink’s ‘feature predict’ function, simplify manual CMM inspection.
With the rise of Industry 5.0, Aberlink will demonstrate its Extol 370 CNC CMM automated with an Aberlink-branded robot. Parts can be loaded, inspected and segregated into good or bad components, with tool offset corrections automatically relayed to a CNC unit.
